Overall responsibility for the TecSOS Service sits with the Vodafone Foundation board of Trustees. A Steering Group has been convened to provide operational advice and support. It comprises, in addition to representatives form various police forces, stakeholders who are able to support this service.
Elizabeth Filkin – Vodafone Foundation Trustee and Chair for the TecSOS Steering Group. Elizabeth has held a number of high profile Civil Service roles, including Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards between 1992 and 2002. |

Andrew Dunnett – Director Vodafone Foundation. Director since 2006, Andrew has headed the Mobile for Good programme to increasingly link Vodafone’s charitable giving with its technology. |
